What it does
Everything the app does today, for one person or the whole family. Facts and arithmetic, never a tip.
The whole family in one view
Everyone’s shares together, or one person’s, a tap apart.
Add each person whose shares you look after: yourself, a parent, a child. Pick one to see only theirs, or everyone together.
- What the shares cost, what they’re worth at the latest close, and the profit if sold today
- Profit already booked on sales, over every year, and cash dividends received after tax
- Who holds how much of the family’s money, and where it sits by company and sector
- Each holding’s cost a share (WACC) and last traded price, as a list or a sortable table
Average cost, the way CDSC counts it
Each way a share arrives is costed by its own rule, then checked against Mero Share.
Every way a share arrives is costed by its own rule: an IPO or right share at its issue price, a bonus share at Rs 100 as Mero Share counts it, a purchase at its price plus commission, SEBON fee and DP charge at the rates in force that day.
- Mergers carry the cost of the shares given up to the shares received
- Premium IPOs and funds take their real cost from Mero Share’s WACC report
- Your figure is checked against Mero Share’s, and where they differ you’re told why
What a sale really pays, and when
Fees, tax and the EDIS deadline, worked out before you place the order.
Broker commission, SEBON fee, DP charge and capital gains tax at the rate for how long you held, before you place the order, and the EDIS deadline to approve the transfer after it.
Dividends and book closures
What was received after tax, what’s declared, and the last day to hold.
Cash dividends received on the shares held at each book closure, after tax; dividends declared and still to come; and the last day to hold shares to qualify, worked out on NEPSE’s real trading days.
A ledger like the one CDSC keeps
Every transaction, with the shares held and the average cost after each.
Every purchase, sale, bonus, right and merger for each company, oldest first, with the shares held and the average cost after each, and how each purchase’s cost adds up. Sort companies by the latest movement, name, cost or shares.
Bring in shares from Mero Share and TMS
Your own downloads, checked row by row before anything is saved.
Download My Transaction History, the WACC report and your broker’s trade book yourself, then bring them in as CSV, Excel or PDF. You see every row before anything is saved, a file brought in twice is never counted twice, and an import can be undone.
Charts that say what they show
Every company and the index, free, with each indicator explained.
Every listed company and the NEPSE index, free and without signing in: candles, line, area or bars, on a normal, log or percent scale. Open the charts
- Nepal classic: the 20, 120 and 180-session averages NEPSE portals quote, with volume and RSI
- Rising, falling and sideways sets, and Auto, which reads the last 60 sessions and says which it has been
- SMA, EMA, Bollinger bands, RSI and MACD, each with its formula written beside it
- Your own set, remembered on your device
The chart describes what happened. It never says buy, sell or hold.
